She worked hard to find us listings that met our requirements and did many visits with us over 3 months. Eventually, we were able to purchase a very unique and large REO property with a great view of San Jose. She was there at every step to follow through on any issue that came up. We were able to close in only 25 days from our offer acceptance in July. Later in October 2010, she also represented me as a seller for my old townhome in Santa Clara. She worked hard at preparing the property, being there for minor repainting and repairs, and did a lot of advertising, including the creation of a website, and many open houses. The house was in contract for about 2 months, but sadly the buyers were unable to close on their loan. This was through no fault of Linh, who again took a lot of time to deal with issues that came up including termite repairs for the lender. After the home was taken off the market, Linh was able to recommend a good property management company so the home could be rented out.
