Jayme Weber is the Truong Rumer Group's Executive Assistant, serving as the organizational backbone of our team and ensuring every client experience is thoughtful, timely, and well-coordinated. Having previously worked alongside Linh at Thomas James Homes, Jayme brings extensive new construction knowledge and a deep understanding of the many moving parts involved in a real estate transaction. Her experience across multiple departments allows her to anticipate needs, stay several steps ahead, and keep every detail on track.
From managing day-to-day operations to supporting client communication, scheduling, marketing, and behind-the-scenes logistics, Jayme helps create a seamless experience for both our clients and team. Her proactive approach, exceptional organization, and commitment to service allow the Truong Rumer Group to remain focused on what matters most: guiding and protecting our clients through every step of their real estate journey.
